This location supposed be open 24hrs . Everyday I try to get breakfast here it’s closed, for hours . Today I waited 2 hrs and still not open. The workers inside but the doors is locked with a note. I witnessed at least 25 customers tried to get in in less than 45 minutes.

Worst McDonald's ever! Evening crew not only serve burnt or sloppy burgers but, look for fights, curse and totally rude. Many people have told me they too had employees coming at them. Disgusting behaviour.

This is the absolute worst McDonald's! I was so excited to know it was the closest when I started my new job but it has been the worst experience. They make really good coffee that's mainly why I go to there. But today I ordered a breakfast and I put the order in so I could get back to work. TELL ME WHYYY the manager locked the door right in my face & just shakes her head & says no. Like lady I paid for food and coffee! I couldn't even get my coffee!!! There were other people outside with me thank god because I thought I was seeing things. They really need to get it together, new staff for sure because there's one little girl in there that thinks she cute but is far from it! GET IT TF TOGETHER & I BETTA GET MY $5 REFUND BECAUSE IM DONATING TO THIS SHIT SHOW

Unsanitary. Their bathroom doesn't have soap and all of their hand sanitizers are empty. When I notified them of this, they didn't seem to care. I don't see a separate employee bathroom, so I get the sense that they're not washing their hands with soap before preparing food. They have a hand sanitizer station behind the counter, but I saw a person not use it after cleaning up a spill.

The caramel frappe are great with just the right amount of drizzle. Every morning you see the same employee a elderly woman cleaning the tables always greeting you with a smile.Very welcoming

I had a lovely time there. Customer service was outstanding. The workers were very friendly and very kind. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. And it was a nice quiet place to meditate after you finish your meal. There was a young man there that day and he was cleaning the bathrooms. I've never seen bathrooms so sparkling clean at a restaurant before. Matter of fact the whole restaurant was sparkling clean. The breakfast was pretty good, very tasty and welI prepared. I enjoyed my time there.

I ordered the Ice Coffee, it was completely disgusting. The Ice was melting, which made the coffee itself, watered down. They only had one person on the register. And she had a attitude, like we messed up her morning
They don’t want to change the oil all the fries keep coming out brown because of the dirty oil which we can get sick from. This is the closest McDonald’s to My home & My kids love it I don’t think I should change the location, I ate here for 23 years of My life & I never had Brown French fries from them or in any McDonald’s franchise.

Service was horrible, manager stood around while worker talked crazy to the customers. There was roaches running around in plain sight. They let the customers wait in line for at least 20 minutes before taking their order bcuz they needed 3 workers to fill delivery order. When customers complained they were told you can go to another mcd. Dont waste your time or money

The issue here in that during the night they don't have the A staff working. There are some kids doing thier best taking orders and cooking up the food, but I mean for the pay they are getting and the hours they have to work idk what to expect. Ideally they would be fast and efficient, but management has to train these kids and give them a reason to be the best possible.If your going here around 11 or something and your ordering at the register or doing a mobile order don't expect the same level you would recieve during the lunch rush.On an unrelated note as a shareholder of McDonald's a dividend increase would be nice....

Not truly "open" 24hr.Updating this review 4mo later, and this location is still horrible.This McDonalds is in desperate need of new management. It is listed as being open 24hrs but at night customers are not allowed inside and they only have 2 staff working, and NO manager onsite. I have on 3 occasions waited over 20minutes for my order and this was the last time I’ll ever come to this location.Tonight, my fries were NOT fresh and I was given the wrong pie, which also happened to be past its “enjoy by” date/time. I was told they cannot do anything about it because they did not have apple pies and there is no manager so they cannot refund the order. How is this allowed by corporate?? No manager???
