Had a terrible experience here, would not recommend at all. Kiosk to order was broken so I picked to “pay at counter”. When I walk up to the counter the lady there is chatting with some other doordasher for like 2 minutes with me clearly standing there needing help, then just walks away. When I yell from behind the counter that I need help she says “Ok I’ll be right there” and ignores me for like 5 minutes. I had to flag down the manager to get her to come help me. Worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever received. If you choose to come here, hope you don’t actually need a human to help you. Also the coffee was horrible, the food was fine.

Terrible! I ordered 3 orders with promo and the y already made it. They only give me 1 order said only one promo per visit. Why don’t you warn that before I place the order? Okay now you either wasted the food or eat the food I paid!

Went to this location because my train was half an hour away. I waited 20 minutes for my order and nothing was being served. I had to give up my order in order to catch my train. If they were not working on my order they could just not confirm my order. Instead my order was instantly confirmed when I placed the order through the mobile app. I waited the whole time believing that they were working on my order. What a disappointment.

We visited the restaurant twice whilst on holiday in New York. The cleaning lady who was in attendance on both our visits worked hard cleaning the tables straight away after a customer had left the table. Food was served hot, though apart from the $5 meal which was on offer in April, the prices were far higher than in the UK, generally a third more expensive. All the staff were pleasant and managed to smile at customers, despite being very busy with the students being present from the local school and the tourists.
