We are from Europe, Croatia. My children love McDonald's, I rarely eat something with them, but since I was hungry, I ate too. When I compare McDonalds in Croatia with McDonalds in NY, they are significantly worse, from service to food quality. it's not about one McDonalds in NY, we've been to three of them, and they're all about the same.

Food was ok (standard for macdonalds).Food was served quickly.Not enough seating downstairs, and staff are slow to open upper levels.This is also not helped by single visitors taking up tables for 4 and people bringing in large dogs and therefore taking up a table and puttjng people off from sitting on adjacent tables.Also we found the toilets to be locked

I found it quite disappointing. The shop looks good, has modern furnishings and is relatively clean, but they probably don't hand out trays and you only get one bag. It's made clear right from the start that you can't spend much time here.

The pro about this McDonald's is that it's 24 hours. Their biscuit is not cooked fully and ALWAYS hard around the edges! Sometimes the McMuffin too. There isn't anything open around the time I'm there early in the morning, so now I just buy a bagel and bring it to work ?. This McDonald's is disappointing.

The truth is, the food is good, the atmosphere is very good, the service does leave a little to be desired since they keep people waiting a long time both to receive the food and to place the order. I wish they could improve that but what fits is all good.
