This is the McDonald's with the bawdy facade. Looks like something out of Vegas. Fancy marquis outside but a standard McDonald's decor inside. Being next to Times Square, this is more of a tourist hotspot. Food was standard for McDonald's. Good for a quick bite to eat in between meetings.

The staff are pleasant and the food is fresh. Still under the Covid19 rules but past experiences is this is a busy MickeyD and a comfortable one to eat in.

This is a 24hr McDonald's that deserve a lot off praises for being open during these troublesome times and that's why I don't mind supporting them besides they have good personalities very kind and kind all around.

Theyll have evryone working on orders while simple mundane tasks that's could get customers out, stop crowding arent done. Theyll make a whole meal while your maybe waiting for a bottle of water. If you mention this & ask for your product which is already ready or takes 2sec literally your met with an attitude & theyll purposely ignore you

I went around 7 a.m., got a combo that was very good. Just couldn't eat at the place, because there were some guys sleeping in three or four tables at the restaurant, what seemed a little bit strange for me. That was the only negative point. The service was very nice and the attendant was very kind and friendly, what is not very common in fast food restaurants on US.

It wasn't bad. It was crowded, but I still managed to get my order relatively fast for such a busy lunchtime visit.

Walk up to the counter simple request. Quarter Pounder with cheese only. That's it. I get back to my hotel and what do I have? A quarter pounder with ketchup, mustard, and pickles on it. For me, I can't eat it. They suck. Fries were good though.

It's super busy here but efficient. If you need condiments make sure you ask for them because they are no where in sight for people to just grab. You will have to wait in line again to get some.

No gloves on between handling food and cash register. As the cashier would say "no need for them cause we're not dealing with the food directly". Late nights is cash only and no receipt can be provided to confirm that your order has been placed since they are using paper and pen to add up the charges. Looks like a perfect way to skim off the top while justifying that the amount you pay is what you ordered. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. BETTER off going t I their newer location on Broadway even though they are just as rude as this store but at least you wont feel that you got scammed.
