The workers here are so disorganized and very unprofessional. Like I know this is fast food, I don’t expect 5star service. But the every time I come in here (this will be my last time) I’m always dealing with a lot attitude, delayed orders, messing up orders, and just overall they just don’t care. I was hoping for a better experience this time around but they’re pretty consistent. There’s other restaurants and deli around, go somewhere else

I was ordering my meal and this young African American man took my order he was mumbling when he was asking me a question. I had to ask him to repeat 4 times for me to understand him. When I ask to exchange the happy meal toy for my niece because she wanted the hello kitty toy I ask him can I change the toy. He flare out lied to me and said that’s all we had when the order after me had the hello kitty box and to. I saw a whole stack of them. He forgot to give me my shake when I ask him for help he ignored me. But another guy with dreads help me he was much kinder he saw the recipe and look in my bad and said I got you. And

Their always talking or using their phones they hardly pay attention to anything going on sundays they short staff because they never get the orders out on time and when u try talking they dnt even look at u or help u this place needs to get a new manager or management to get this to work the way McDonald’s is suppose to work.
