The food was fresh … Then again this McDonalds does serve the freshest food in East Harlem I would say the runners and the maintenance lady are the nicest people who work here the ladies you have in the front can learn some customer service ethic from them … And to the one I asked for ketchup if your to good to take orders and to give out ketchup this is not the environment for you maybe go to White Castle
It was drive thru window. The customer service was awesome. When I gave her the pickup number she knew exactly why I was there. When I arrived at the window she gave me my receipt and notified me to go to the next window where my food was. I didn't have to wait for anything and the place was very clean.

I made a purchase on April 11, 2023 at 1871 2nd ave New York, NY 10029. I had to cancel the order because the employees were talking and laughing with each other and the few minutes that I had to eat before getting to work had evaporated. So far I've called 6 times to get my money back. Every call, they tell me the same thing: "I will foward this to the a lead person and within 24 hours, you'll hear from us." It's going to be 4 months soon. This is the cost of attempting to do things the right way.
