Standard McDonald in a convenient location
We waited a lot of time to get our food and even then they gave frozen coke instead of frozen fanta blue raspberry. The worst McDonalds I've ever been to.
As expected
The food that I got was lukewarm and the fries were all soft and cold.I mean I was at McDonald but at least give me warm fries.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. I always thought that the company does some general staff training to ensure a minimum quality of service. They have obviously missed the inside Macy's store one. The staff is hardly speaking English but chatting Spanish amongst themselves all the time. At the same time they do not attend customers at the cashiers ready to order. What a profound disrespect to clients! The local management needs to get a serious supervisory talk with corporate otherwise the brand will be damaged. I have not seen this at any other McD store worldwide.

very busy location, insite Macy's. They should hire more staff, sometimes crowds reach outside McDonald's and lines to order long. Missing food items from orders when busy because they rush.

In general, McDonald’s does not pay attention to sanitation when serving their foods. For example, their chicken sandwich is served in a little cardboard box without a wrap or paper, forcing their customers to use bare hands to touch the food. This is not acceptable! Their management should learn from Wendy’s, which wrap sandwiches with aluminum foil.

Something I never thought could happen was to be given a raw burger in McDs given they cook based on time! We didn’t get just one raw burger but 2 (wife’s and my own quarter pounders) and the manager was quite snotty when we pointed it out. Been to some bad McDs before but this is certainly in the top 2 of appalling visits, would avoid at all costs in future!
