January 9 / They have very aggressive employees.
10:15 pm.
Maccas is one of those places that’s impossible to ignore. Whether you love it, hate it, or swear you’re “done with it forever,” it somehow always pulls you back in. There’s something comforting about knowing exactly what you’re going to get every single time. A Big Mac tastes like a Big Mac anywhere, and that consistency is kind of the whole point.
The menu isn’t fancy, but it doesn’t try to be. It’s fast, familiar, and designed for cravings rather than culinary excellence. The chips are salty, hot (on a good day), and dangerously easy to demolish, while the burgers are simple but satisfying. The breakfast menu deserves special mention too — a hash brown and a McMuffin can genuinely save a rough morning.
That said, Maccas isn’t perfect. Orders can be hit-or-miss during busy times, and the food definitely isn’t winning any health awards. But when you’re hungry, tired, short on time, or just feeling nostalgic, it does the job better than most.
In the end, Maccas is less about quality and more about reliability. It’s not a treat you brag about, but it’s a comfort you quietly appreciate — and keep coming back to. 🍟

I traveled from Harlem to this location because for some reason only McDonald's in a rich neighborhood takes EBT they all working the kitchen won't pay you no mind if you have to pay at the register even the manager working the kitchen and he's the only one who seems to know how to handle EBT payments I had to wait a good minute before he came to the register but as soon as I paid got my food very quickly I just feel like why sign up to handle EBT payment if it's such a burden especially in 58th Street in the East side it makes no sense
