This location has really gone downhill. I only got food delivered from here because on Doordash it was the only option. Got four large orders of fries, the fries were way undercooked, and now feel sick from eating my one order and the quantity was only half as much as it should have been. My kids didn't get sick, they have strong stomachs. Reporting the undercooked fries to the NYC Dept of Health. Food poisoning? The McNuggets are cooked.

Came here after a crazy day and shopping at the nearby Trader Joe's. Tried the McCrispy and it was pretty good-almost as good as the Shake Shack chicken sandwich. The sauce was good. The service was surprisingly fast ordering from the mobile app. Bathroom could have been cleaner. But there were plenty of seats around 6:30 Pm on a Monday night.

Visited this local McDonald's in Kips Bay, Manhattan and was very pleased. My friend and I dined in and THANKFUL there was a clean & functional restroom. The crew members were very friendly. The establishment was very clean. Our food was hot & fresh. Somewhat limited seating (we were lucky to get a table) as a lot of local high school students were hanging out in the afternoon. Would definitely visit if in the neighborhood again A+Wheelchair accessibility: Wide, open entryway to restaurant. Restroom was handicapped-accessible.

McDonald's food is all the same. French fries are cold and burnt bread.
Bought hot chocolate for my family. It SUCKED. If I wanted an iced hot chocolate I would've asked for it. Took one sip and it was like ice water. About 20 mins later I couldn't get off the john as I was shittin my brains out. My brotha had to swallow the whole bottle of tums just to feel a little better. The milk in the hot chocolate was definitely expired. Save yourself the runs

I recently went to Macdonald's located on 31st Street and Third Ave in mid town. Let me tell you, the service was good, the ambiance has too many homeless people who sit around, making a customer not want to sit and eat inside the restaurant . The prices have shot up tremendously since Covid. I hadn't been to MacDonalds since 2019, but I wanted to try a Big Mac. The burgers have gotten smaller and the deals basically have vanished. My son and I wound up spending $27.00 for two big mac meals and that was crazy! I used to spend d u set 20.00 for three meals. That is the last time I will visit MacDonalds.I will just go to my local diner if I'm going to pay those prices.
