While the new spot is larger it does not have the charm of the older place. The food is still awesome as always.

I never thought I’d be writing a review about McDonald’s, but here I am. I believe the gentlemen’s name behind the counter was David and he is the kindest soul. His kindness and authenticity made my day. He is over worked and after a long day still puts a smile on his face and spreads joy.

Food was good, just took really long. Feels like they are understaffed at times especially around 6:30-7PM. Homeless problem, know its NYC but they definitely need security guards keeping the homeless outside of the restaurant. Theres an annoying homeless couple that loiter in there and constantly argue/throw things at one another while people are just trying to eat and go home from work.
Otherwise its fine and definitely not the worst McDonalds. I appreciate how the fries and nuggets were cooked well.

The restrooms are not open. It is impossible that the restrooms do not work in a restaurant.

I would like to report an incident that happened recently at your location.
You have a new security guard. I am a regular customer and come here often. On that day, I came in, purchased food for about $15, and started eating inside. After approximately 20 minutes, the security guard approached me and told me that I had to leave because my “20 minutes were over.”
I was very surprised by this, especially because he did not approach other people who were sitting there at the same time. There were homeless individuals inside who remained seated for an hour or longer and were not asked to leave.
At that moment, there was extremely heavy rain outside — a strong downpour. Because of this, it was very difficult to even walk to the subway, and after being forced to leave, I got completely soaked. Despite the weather conditions and the fact that I was a paying customer, I was asked to leave, while others who had not purchased anything were allowed to stay.
This situation felt unfair and inconsistent. Paying customers should not be treated worse than non-customers, especially during severe weather conditions.
I kindly ask you to speak with this security guard and clarify the policy, so that customers are not asked to leave arbitrarily. Rules should be applied equally and with basic consideration.
I thought you posted a security guard to kick out the homeless people who sit there for hours without buying anything. But he usually kicks out the paying customers, leaving the homeless ones behind.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought an ice cream cup tonight. I thought the veteran employee would just give me half a cup and asked him to add it. His attitude was very bad. This kind of thing never happened when I bought it often before
