I realize that this is a busy location but I placed a mobile app order. Received notification that it would be ready in 2-5 minutes. About 10 minutes after placing the order, I received an email telling me my order was ready. I stood near the counter and saw my order in the back counter. I watched them move my order 9 times to the side to make someone else's order. it took 22 minutes to get my order. By that time the hot chocolate that was order was made 20 minutes earlier and was lukewarm. Fries were cold as I watch them put them in the kids meal 10 minutes earlier.
Frankly this is the most scummy place I’ve ever been to, they make you buy something to use the restroom and won’t let you through without a receipt. They have combination locks on all of the doors and cause a huge commotion if you don’t have the receipt. I didn’t want to give these people anything so I grabbed a receipt from the trash and used it to get through.

Homeless people are constantly coming in asking for food. Laying down in the booths with hands down their pants. There were families just a couple of seats away. Such a shame 2 floors, stick to the ground level. Take to go only!!
