During my recent visit to this McDonald's, there were several things that left me uncomfortable. There were no ketchup or mayo packets available, so even though the food wasn’t bad, it felt quite dry.
The employee who took my order was rude, which made the experience less pleasant. My order didn’t take too long, and the place itself was clean.
However, outside the restaurant, there were several homeless people. One of them began shouting and got too close to me, which made me feel unsafe and uneasy.
I hope the management can address these issues, both inside and outside the restaurant, to improve the overall experience for customers.

Today, my quest for coffee led me to a restaurant that was not up to standard. While I appreciate the staff's commitment to cleaning, the presence of homeless individuals nearby raises important questions about maintaining a comfortable dining space. Compassion must coexist with cleanliness. 🙏🏽 because the smell is so bad

I wanted to go get a coffee at McDonald’s the location and the moment that I open the place was a mess, but there was a guy that was cleaning up and one thing is there were two homeless people that was smelling really bad. I don’t understand why they let the homeless. Understand we need to show compassion, but that is the place people come to eat coming to restaurant that smell homeless people is unacceptable. They need to do something about it. This is why people eat. because the smell is so horrible. it makes you don’t want you to buy anything.
Definitely don't follow corporate sop but hey to each their own 👎

Very bad customer service! Dirty restaurant, workers there needs to be well trained how to do customer service. Don't order hot mocha here by online. They will say machine broke and give u a regular coffee 😠
