Terrible Mc Donalds. We ordered at the machine and waited for 28min. until we got our order. Everybody else was getting it quicker and i had to ask for refund because i was in a hurry when they suddenly git in action.. not happy - bad experience.

One of the lady staff there has terrible attitude, I was trying to ask what do they have as the happy meal toy today, she didn’t even get my question but keep repeating “all the same” impatiently. Hey I’m here trying to buy, I talk to a stranger on the street with better attitude than this, and that’s how you talk to the customer?

I ordered my food and wanted to pay at the counter. So I asked one of the workers if they can help me so my food can process. He tell s me give him a min. So I did, waited for 5 min and he tells me to wait again. I waited another 3 min and he proceeded to flip fries and give other ppl their orders. Basically making me feel ignored. Not cool. Part of the problem is not having enough workers to process at the counter.
McDonald's in NYC is quite different from what you find in Europe. The service is OK, but nothing more, and the experience is a little less polished than in Europe. As for the food, it remains average, without much brilliance. It's convenient for when you're hungry, but if you're looking for something more flavorful or authentic, there are probably better options around. In short, it helps, but it doesn't leave a lasting memory.

liar employees. They told me that the restroom was out of service when another person had entered 2 minutes earlier, No one wanted to go up to the second floor and open restroom, Its was horrible because I couldn't even wash my hands...

Waited a long time to be served after ordering at the kiosk. It has a second floor to dine in. I decided to have a breakfast sandwich and coffee while I sat and waited for the time to go to my appointment closed by. I was warned by a McDonald's staff not to leave anything unattended because there are people who are stealing phones and wallets when you are distracted.
I went to this fast food restaurant today with my son,we wait in line for about 15 minutes to use the self service machine,l order two happy meal ,I choose the option to pay at the register ,l took the receipt as you can see in the picture and went to the register to pay. The manager told me that she can’t take any payment and that l have to go back make the line again and use the self service machine and pay there,l inform her that l was in line for about 15 minutes and is insane for her to tell me that l have to make the line again,”she replied to me very rude and with a nasty attitude “that is no my problem,you have to make the line again,l ask her for her name and she refused to give me her name,l took a picture of her and posted so her boss can give her some costumer service class ,she should not be working with human beings,lm very disappointed with the horrible service that l received.
Lives up to what is expected of a McDonald's restaurant franchise. Fast food, quick service and clean atmosphere with many ways to place and receive your order.
