Night shift manager was really rude to her co-workers who actually were really friendly and patient.....she's making them miserable but I like that it didn't stop them from being efficient....love coming here at night with my friends and coworkers hopefully the manager's mood improves

🚩🚩🚩 End of service, the staff locked me and four other families upstairs by putting a padlock on a gate, and bluntly told us to leave through the emergency exit. You could at least have warned us before locking us behind a gate. 🔓 Customer service needs improvement.
I went up stairs to wait for my food. Out of nowhere the manager started following me and harassing me. She verbally assaulted me and forced me to leave there were 5 homeless people that weren’t asked to leave except for me and my family. We were discriminated because we were young and women. She was only targeting women so if your young do not come here until you expect to get harassed

The manager on duty took a heavy piece of posterboard and kicked it onto the bathroom door knob, just as it was my turn to use the bathroom. She barricaded the entire corridor where there were two bathrooms and put her hands on her hips and asked me if I needed something after she just verbalized to the person working the dining room that the customers are being fresh and she doesn’t want anyone to use it. The dining room was full of paying customers because there was an event. There was no overflowing of any plumbing or garbage strewn anywhere. It was a sheer and utter Disrespectful move.
There was no reason to kick the posterboard so forcefully in front of me, a paying customer. The dining room was full of paying customers that were simply there to purchase breakfast since our event was in the diamond District, where the block that we were on was only jewelry stores. We chose to purchase breakfast at this location. I never thought that such an act of hate could be tolerated in a family restaurant such as this.

Mc crispy burger i ordered was dry only had two pickles no sauce no salad which is wrong. Staff got order wrong because of poor English. Homeless people everywhere. Washrooms only had one water temperature burning hot totally unusable.
