The fries were uncooked. They did not deliver on the free fries we got via rewards points ans rhem argued about it. They got uoset we couldnt show a reciept because their kiosk couldnt print a receipt. ALSO THIS IS THE ONLY MCDONALDS THAT ISNT SMART ENOUGH TO FUNCTION A SODA FOUNTAIN they only have bottled soda

I went to Macdonalds in, and they forced me to buy large fries. I wanted to buy small fries , but they stated with points i have to. They took almost 6,000 points from my 13,000 points. This was not fair. Who wants to be in this game when you are going to be abused!!!

It's really because we couldn't find anything in this area that we went to this McDonald's.And we had Mac Do: Ridiculously small sandwiches with a tiny slice of meat (they were BIG Macs!), hard fries, no room.There were 6 of us and it was the only time we went to a McDonald's in NYC. We MUCH preferred a brand with the initials S and S where we enjoyed it 3 times.

Too poor, the consoles for ordering don't all work well, they don't give the ticket with the order number. We ordered and had to eat standing in a corner because they closed the room to sit down. There wasn't even a notice that he said that we couldn't sit at the table otherwise we wouldn't even come in. When I pointed this out the person responsible was even grumpy, never there again

After years of missing the scene at McDonald's this wasn't my best experience to get back into a store. Elevator in disrepair to go up to the dining area, gloomy environment, and I knocked my head into the oversized lamp hanging over a round table. What else could go wrong? A soggy sloppily put together deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. Their fries saved the day...
