It seems this store needs a new manager ? Wait for 40 minutes for an order placed online. I knew they are slow but did not know it could be this bad.

Seems to be standard practice for staff to deny PAYING CUSTOMERS the bathroom code. Shelssy literally shoos away customers that are confirmed to have orders when they ask for the bathroom code. Not to mention, NO BATHROOM CODE ON THE RECEIPT. How is denying customers the bathroom code legal? It's also super dirty and service is slow, DO NOT GO HERE.

Had the chicken Big Mac. It was OK, not as great as I hoped. The chicken patties were thin, like they took a regular chicken patty & split into two. It's probably not worth spending another $8 on this sandwich again.

I ordered a small fry and a Mcnugget and didn't get the fries when I came home to check my items. I didn't even get to check or ask to the staff i didn't receive my order. People were crowded at the counter and the staff didn't even give a shit. some ppl were waiting for a hour
