Caught an attitude because I asked for a refund. She stated that they throw the food out so I need to come early. Why would they be throwing the food out before closing at 12am? I would like to point out that her staff is extremely slow. Do not come here if you work a midnight shift or need a midnight snack.

I came to this establishment with friends to retrieve the Minecraft Happy Meal, once we had ordered it and retrieved it we were told by a security guard to leave although we had ordered the meal to stay and had done nothing wrong apparently this was because some people were causing issues in this McDonalds but i did not understand how they applied to us. Do better.

Listen and listen well McDonalds franchise. This place on E23 between 1 St and 2nd Ave please hire at least 1 or two individuals WHO FREAKING KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH. Also advise them to call out a persons name because these Latina women do not know how to say numbers. My food was sitting there the app also wasn’t telling me if my food was done and I couldn’t press the “I’m already here” button. The app is not this locations problem but please get some people in there that speak proper English. The entire staff speaks mainly Spanish and it doesn’t help when this area is not a large Latino speaking area. And I’m Latino but I speak both fluently. Thank you very much.
