New year, same story. This location is one of the worst. No idea how this location is still here with the cruddy service I get. No matter how many times they change employees, they all leave much to be desired. Before the kiosks, nobody could take simple orders and I had to explain myself. Thankfully, I don't have to deal with that with the kiosk system. Now, I can't get them to do something simple like give me napkins. They don't even have napkins dispensers. Now that the new setup covers up the food prep area, you don't know if they're goofing off or actually doing the work. The manager was the only person coming in and out of that area, bring our orders. I have ask to for napkins, since there are no napkin dispensers. When I bought an iced coffee, it was bitter as heck. It's like they put only one packet of sugar or something. Anyway, I needed napkins, so I asked the manager, but he just gave me a glance, then went on his business going behind the wall. I expected him to come back with napkins and...nothing. Like I wasn't there. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, so I waited again. Again, empty handed. It was only until an employee entered the pick up area that I was able to get some napkins.

My order took about 15 minutes. I was missing one of my orders of fries. There was barely a spot of sauce on my chicken sandwich. I requested no onions on a burger and had onions. I requested Dr Pepper and received Diet Coke.

I don't understand what's the point of having a time that you open then keep the store closed...completely unprofessional and this needs to be looked into. Complete waste of everybody's time if you don't want to open when your supposed to then don't post a open time on your front door and not to mention that it says your store is open on Google...management needs to be looked into so does the crew this not what McDonalds stands for
