For a McDonalds in NYC this one is pretty good. Recently renovated, lots of kiosks to order and relatively clean. Food was hot. Can't ask much more.

No one should be expecting quality service here to start but this trash heap is particularly terrible. Incompetent management is to blame for the 45+ min wait times that prioritize uber eats/delivery drivers. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ORDER IN PERSON. Side note, the bathrooms are disgusting.

Valentin, valetin, VALENTIN. what an amazing and kind individual. Im visiting from out of state and as I waited for my food I saw that he personally helped every customer that asked for his assistance. He even went out of his way to go to the back, and personally gave a customer a requested item after he couldnt find it at first.
I thanked him and praised him for even remembering a customers face (imagine doing that in NYC!!!)
Finally, i never got a code on my receipt but he personally walked me over to the bathroom and even asked the security to check on it for me. Gave me a fist bump twice and was never in a bad mood during the rush while I was there
Just an amazing guy overall and I hope he deserves the best. I had a yellow shirt on that day and a black backpack. you rock valentin! 07/10/25

Worst mc donalds i been too!!!!! Employees are all lazy!!!! U ask them question they dont respond! Like they zombies!!!!Customer service!!!!!! Sucks!
I am disappointed. Google maps lists this location as open 24/7. This is not true. We cannot open the door. According to street signs they close at 11:00 PM on weekdays. Please adjust Google maps accordingly!
