God hath forsaken this McDonald’s. Why do I keep coming back?

I am a regular diner here and whenever I order an ice cream with my meal or ask for condiments, I am met with an attitude that is very unpleasant. Especially whenever the gentleman named Valentino isn’t around. I don’t know why I’m being treated like I’m a nuisance as a customer.

This location has probably the fastest service time in the area. Staff is efficient and friendly. Environment is tidy. Valentin (a manager?) was fast, friendly, and on point. Valentin was taking orders and handing out mobile orders at the same time. Too bad all McDonald's do not operate this way.

The manager discriminate against no. Hispanic customers. I’m not sure why McDonald’s only hire Hispanics but it bad for business. The manager stood right in front of me and told a Hispanic customer it’s nothing for her to do something c she’s a manager but refuse to off the next black man a cup of water . This isn’t the first time I witnessed this management staff discriminating .

I love to pop in for ice cream sometimes and most of the time I have been taken care of by a gentleman called Valentine. He is welcoming, patient,kind , professional and hard working ! He keeps the place clean, running smoothly and gives customer service that one expects from a small private restaurant with a smile. He treats staff very well too, I watched him manage them, yet works more than anyone at the place. Constantly maintain the ice cream and shake machines. He takes so much pride in his work , it's impressive . This is why, this is my favorite McDonald's in the city. Thank you Valentine for how you treat everyone around you.
I was waiting to pick up my mobile order. I thought I heard my number called so I started walking towards the counter to see if my order was ready. However, a man who was already standing at the counter told the employee that the order was his, and she gave the order to him. The man started rushing out of the restaurant. I then ask the employee if she just called my number because if so, someone else just left with it. It was then she realized she gave my order away to someone who was waiting to steal an order. She should have checked to verify that the person she gave the mobile order to had a receipt or confirmation, instead of just calling out numbers and handing food to the first person who tries to claim it. Every other McDonald’s location I go to always confirm mobile and delivery orders, because people are always stealing.
Not only did I end up being late for work because I had to wait for them to remake the entire order, the employee never offered an apology for her mistake. For the lack of courtesy and the poor service I received, I won’t return to this location.

What a really odd mcdonalds. My Fiance and I were really disappointed. As we walked in it looked cleaner Than you would have expected it to be. I had to go to the bathroom get badly and when I walked in... there was trash everywhere, the mirrors looked so so gross, and there was pee aaaalll over the seat. You can obviously guess I did NOT use that bathroom. My Fiance had went up to order our food and a worker and manger were there. No body knew English at all (well so very barely) and she was struggling to put her order in. It wasn't busy with dine in, but it was busy with takeout/ delivery. After 10 min of ordering and about 25 minutes of waiting, we got our food... almost. They missed the bottle of water. I went up there just to wait 10 min for a bottle he turned around to grab from his fridge... I know it's just a mcdonalds, but I've been to way better than this.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The night staff are extremely rude, they keep the restaurant closed even when it should be open, and they ignore customers when called. The owners should really take action — if this continues, no one will come here anymore.
