EXTREMELY nasty. Me and my mom went to get a small meal from there, we had to pee really bad. There was only ONE bathroom. And it was UNSANITARY. There was no toilet paper, so me and my mom resorted to used the tissues they gave us. And guess what? No hand soap either. We reported this to an employee and all they replied with was “okay” The food? The fries we got were old and salty, and only were barely filled halfway. My mom also got coffee, she told them “extra cream, extra sugar, and extra ice.” And guess what? They didn’t even get it right. The coffee tasted like nothing and was water-down. There was no sugar, and barely 5 pieces of ice. If you had to drink it with a blindfold on, you’d couldn’t even be able to tell that it was coffee. 1/10, and only because the fries were alright.

Very disappointed. For the past several years I have been receiving $2 off of either a medical or large Frappe. I would almost get a Frappe every day because I paid just over $2 in the app with the discount. It seems I do not get $2 off anymore. I get a BOGO offer instead. Well, I DON'T NEED TWO. So I stopped getting them, and therefore, I hardly visit McDonalds now. Shout out to the workers at the Dykeman McDonalds. The manager must be very good because that place is always busy and the staff are on the young side but they are professionals and such a pleasure. Great job! Thank you!!

This has to be the WORST mc donalds. Took about 10 minutes to wait on my mobile order at the spot when i placed it 10 minutes in advance . I wonder why when you have workers face timing on the phone and another on the phone & another bringing her kid to work.

This is why they need staff cleaning repeatedly. Homeless coming in with dirty cups and nobody cleans or wipes after them. That bathroom is rarely cleaned and all the stuff that happens in there is mind blowing.

Ice cream machine was “broken” aka the cleaning of the machine is mismanaged.
This is not a 24 hours. Neither the one on Dyckman or the one at 207st. So no 24 hours Mcdonalds. Near by. Almost 5am and wanted a coffee. And this place look like shelter more than a restaurant. Plus the employee had a mean attitude when i when in.

I want to start off saying I come to this location mon-Friday.. & I do not eat McDonald’s. I have an Autistic 3 year old and he must have his McChicken after school, like it really means a lot to my son. Anyone with an autistic child knows how this can be, so I want to take the time to Thank The Young Man Khalil! When I say EVERY TIME I come into this location, he is on point. Forget how fast he takes care of the guests, This man is so friendly, inviting, pays so much attention to detail and always take care of my baby. Like usually If I go in there when he’s off it’s a bunch of females just talking up a storm, kids in the back running around all the food.. just extra unprofessional & they barely speak English. Must be a family business ..anyhow Khalil is so great. I had to stop and actually ask him his name because I manage another company & I know what I look for in my employees around the city. Please hire more people like him! Genuine, happy & Understanding. Not every day you get a heartfelt review about a McDonald’s employee lol in NY at that. Again Thank you so much Khalil.
