Yesterday I was rob in this store by some homeless individuals asking to help them with food. Horrible place. I ask Manager and employees for help and they treat me as I was the criminal. No help, no sympathy. They leave all this individual take over the waiting area of their establishment at 608 West 207 St. and they don’t do anything. Please don’t go to this place it should be close permanently. BE VERY CAREFUL AND AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS!!

This place says it’s open 24hrs it really isn’t cause at 1am they shut everything down to start cleaning for the morning serving breakfast ask me how I know that is because I placed an online order through the app at 3am during my break for the $8 Big Mac combo the order went threw saying your meal is being prepared so I showed up around 3:40 or 3:45 cause I took my break late unfortunately and gas told when I arrived that they shut everything down at 1 and they stopped serving so I asked why did you take my online order if you shut everything down at 1am of course she looked at me with no answers threw the side window and she has the nerve to tell that I can get my food tomorrow so I looked at her like I’m hungry now are you serious mature person in me walked away and said not a problem I called corporate and now I’m writing this review

I go in at 11:20 am and ask if there is breakfast the lady tells me no, then I a lady comes in talking Spanish and ask for breakfasts and they tell her yes right in front of me , I guess no one knows English in here . Then my order has 4 sodas and they just handed me a bag for it for me to put them in , I had no choice but to throw them out because I had no cup holder , worst experience I ever had in a McDonalds ever . If you can order it online, just do that .

EXTREMELY nasty. Me and my mom went to get a small meal from there, we had to pee really bad. There was only ONE bathroom. And it was UNSANITARY. There was no toilet paper, so me and my mom resorted to used the tissues they gave us. And guess what? No hand soap either. We reported this to an employee and all they replied with was “okay” The food? The fries we got were old and salty, and only were barely filled halfway. My mom also got coffee, she told them “extra cream, extra sugar, and extra ice.” And guess what? They didn’t even get it right. The coffee tasted like nothing and was water-down. There was no sugar, and barely 5 pieces of ice. If you had to drink it with a blindfold on, you’d couldn’t even be able to tell that it was coffee. 1/10, and only because the fries were alright.

Very disappointed. For the past several years I have been receiving $2 off of either a medical or large Frappe. I would almost get a Frappe every day because I paid just over $2 in the app with the discount. It seems I do not get $2 off anymore. I get a BOGO offer instead. Well, I DON'T NEED TWO. So I stopped getting them, and therefore, I hardly visit McDonalds now. Shout out to the workers at the Dykeman McDonalds. The manager must be very good because that place is always busy and the staff are on the young side but they are professionals and such a pleasure. Great job! Thank you!!

This has to be the WORST mc donalds. Took about 10 minutes to wait on my mobile order at the spot when i placed it 10 minutes in advance . I wonder why when you have workers face timing on the phone and another on the phone & another bringing her kid to work.

There's no one working there at night so if you get Uber Eats you going to be waiting for like an hour if it comes at all

This is why they need staff cleaning repeatedly. Homeless coming in with dirty cups and nobody cleans or wipes after them. That bathroom is rarely cleaned and all the stuff that happens in there is mind blowing.
