I want to start off saying I come to this location mon-Friday.. & I do not eat McDonald’s. I have an Autistic 3 year old and he must have his McChicken after school, like it really means a lot to my son. Anyone with an autistic child knows how this can be, so I want to take the time to Thank The Young Man Khalil! When I say EVERY TIME I come into this location, he is on point. Forget how fast he takes care of the guests, This man is so friendly, inviting, pays so much attention to detail and always take care of my baby. Like usually If I go in there when he’s off it’s a bunch of females just talking up a storm, kids in the back running around all the food.. just extra unprofessional & they barely speak English. Must be a family business ..anyhow Khalil is so great. I had to stop and actually ask him his name because I manage another company & I know what I look for in my employees around the city. Please hire more people like him! Genuine, happy & Understanding. Not every day you get a heartfelt review about a McDonald’s employee lol in NY at that. Again Thank you so much Khalil.

First of all, shame on you if you STILL don't know this chain's habit of taking shortcuts with bare minimum quality, like using "pink slime" or dousing potatoes in Round-Up (a known carcinogen) to keep those French fries pretty. Secondly, no one is going to take pride in offering you better service! Not going to happen. Ghetto attitude permeated a lot of local business, including this franchise. No one is going to hold anyone to higher standards, so don't act surprised when you get sick, ripped off, or just get treated like dirt. And, you're not even getting a good deal price-wise. Wake the f...up!!

S L O W!!! Terrible service.I spent almost 20 minutes looking at my order of fries and a McChicken. There was no line, plenty of employees but obviously looked like their team were assigned to everything else but bagging customer orders. My order could have been ready a lot sooner smh I tried asking someone for assistance and they looked away.Not the first time waiting around for an order here. Be mindful of time!!!!!
