Very bad experience whenever im come there this is location closed and lots worker work inside they guys charge me and i didn’t get my foold all time here so guys do not come here they need change a manager and inside staff who workes here all guys to fired here

The second floor is closed, the tables on the first floor are dirty, the terminals don't work, and the cash register service is very slow. The employee ignored me for 10 minutes while I was standing at the cash register to pay.

This McDonald's site is a joke. No napkin, ketchup was provided in the take out bag. And the wait time for picking up my order was pretty long. The worst part is that I was not allowed access to the bathroom. Are you kidding me? Many customers, especially tourists, go to the place not just to eat, but also to use the bathroom. Really disapointing.

I've come to this McDonald's so many times, but every time there's a different problem, always order or service related. They are extremely slow, they will take forever even for just a small bag of fries, and they constantly FORGET things. Multiple times I've had missing items in my bag. The last time I paid $6 extra for additional chicken in my sandwich, and not only it didn't have the extra chicken, but they even forgot some other basic ingredients of the sandwich like the pickle and the sauce, they just gave me a plain bun.
