Its a lie that they are open 24hs. We came at 4:00 and they told us it was closed by the employees decision until 5:30 to clean. we walk on freezing cold 15 min bc it said it was open. Change the time!!!!!!!

Came here at 8:30 pm. Restroom on 1st floor out of order. Chained up staircase to second floor. Homeless man sitting by the kiosk. I would have paid whatever price to use the restroom. Now I’m stuck with a full bladder for the hour bus ride home.
Everything seems a bit neglected, music was a bit annoying, not a relaxing atmosphere.
