When I first started coming here, there was a blonde barista whose service was truly excellent — I loved her latte, and her customer service was easily 10/10. That experience is what initially made me a regular.
Unfortunately, my experience today with a different barista made me reconsider coming here at all, and honestly started to make me feel like it’s getting harder to find well-run businesses around Fulton.
I placed my order, and while I was waiting, a few regular customers came in. The barista began chatting with them and noticeably slowed down the workflow. At the same time, I wasn’t given the chance to continue my order — I still wanted to add a few pastries. Personally, I value quick and efficient service more than extended small talk, especially during busy hours. So this isn’t about special treatment — it’s about basic time management and workflow.
At that moment, it made sense to step aside, since I also had places to be and things to do. However, after waiting and seeing that my order hadn’t even been started yet, I decided to leave.
Businesses and staff who don’t respect customers’ time are not places I feel comfortable spending my money.

I got the caramelized peanut latte (seasonal) and my husband got a vanilla latte. They were both delicious! Service was fast and they were very friendly! Thank you!

It’s one of those places you would walk straight through unless you knew of it beforehand or saw its raving reviews.
I got a cortado and an almond croissant. They were both good and the barista was extremely kind even when the place became packed and she was managing the coffee machine, oven and registering machine.
The stars are for her. If you stop by, try getting something else. I noticed cold drinks are popular, I’m sure you’ll have better luck.

MCM Coffee is such a gem! For a small coffee shop, they have an impressive variety of drink options, you’ll definitely find something for every mood. The coffee itself was rich and flavorful, and I was really impressed by the quality. On top of that, the service made the experience even better. J, the barista, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made me feel so welcomed. I’ll definitely be coming back, highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great coffee and even greater service!
