...I went on New Year's Eve after work around 11:30...obviously it was packed. I'm not a regular but it seemed cool enough, especially for two black guys and an old white dude in this part of Manhattan...you feel me.
Swiggys is lit. Any day of the week, whether its poppin or quiet it's a good time. It's fairly priced for a new New York bar. Two dart boards, a pool table and juke box like machine to play tunes. Go here almost every week.
If you want a dive bar named after a clumsy stab at what sounds like an Irish surname, with cheap drinks, pool, and a lingering sense that you could make good friends with any one of the patrons, then this is your place.
