“Such a nice gesture and customer service...I placed an order for lunch. It was a pick two- half salad and sandwich. The half salad didn't arrive. I called and the team member I spoke to was very attentive and helpful. They sent the salad out, but made it a full instead of a half. When I met the delivery person with the new item, he was so nice and also apologetic for the mistake. He also sent along 3 (delicious and generously sized) cookies for the inconvenience.
