We’ve ordered from here a few times, most of those times have been good. We usually order similar items when we do. However, tonight the food was well below average. I ordered the Com Bo Lui and it was majority rice, the beef was very dry and unseasoned. Also ordered the shrimp summer rolls and peanut sauce, which were also dry, small, and tasteless. The pad Thai we ordered was worse than other times we’ve ordered.
All to say, it was a really disappointing dinner....
absolutely delicious food! everything we ordered was so fresh and made with care - the banh mi was definitely one of the best i’ve ever had! highly recommend if you want a quick, cozy lunch before heading to central park ☺️
I basically live a block away from this place yet I’ve never gone in. But this time I did and it was lovely! A sweet old man was my waiter and he was very patient with us. It’s a mix of Thai and Vietnamese food, so there were plenty of options. Decorations made me feel like I was back home due to the wooden shutters haha. It’s a good stop for lunch. Quick and no frills.
