A good spot for quick meals themed around grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese, and breaded chicken. You can order food from a touch-screen kiosk (ours was weirdly sensitive and not sensitive to touch) but alcoholic beverages need to be bought separately at the counter. I loved that I could get a Doc’s Apple Cider along with my meal, while my husband had a Bronx Brewery Pilsner; love that they support local small businesses! Our food was ready fast. My son enjoyed his grilled cheese but found his cheesy fries so overly cheesed they were soggy. My husband had the Korean chicken strips with fries and liked them well. I had a seasonal chicken salad with guacamole, cheese, and a mustard dressing; everything was fresh and good, the one fault being that the dressing was too thick to pour, so it was awkward to mix in.

We had mac&cheese and wooow, that was great! We came with no expectation, mostly because we were hungry and we wanted to try famous mac&cheese in American, and this dish really surprised us :) highly recommended!

Really nice staff and decent prices for something to grab and go, but, the chicken had a peculiar texture to it. It was cooked all the way through but nonetheless tasted strange. I think it may be down to low grade chicken breast being used or maybe I just had a random bad piece.Looking through the other negative to mediocre reviews leaves me to believe that this may not be an isolated incident and that the chicken may be of lower quality.

If you don't re-staff the store with reasonably pleasant and responsive workers, your days are numbered.The chicken sandwich was only good enough to put something in my belly. The chicken texture was all wrong - perhaps they're microwaving it before dropping into the fryer... I don't know but it was an awful texture.My experience with the service workers in that store left me wanting to go home and take a shower to get the rude and ignorant off me.

I ord3ered the Crispy Chicken Chipotle Ranch Salad and in the discription it says "grape tomatoes" but when I opened it, it has chopped tomatoes so its impossble to extract them all! I am not happy at all!

We ordered the Korean Barbecue chicken tenders and the classic chicken sandwich. The chichen sandwich was okay, but the Korean BBQ was amazing! Sweet and spicy and slightly sour. The food was a bit salty, though. The melts are what they're supposedly famous for, so if you're coming here, get those... with the Korean BBQ as a side, of course!Vegetarian options: They have an "I can't believe it's not meat" protein option, which was cool. Consider ordering using the kiosk, very efficient and you can change the ingredients in your food on a whim!Kid-friendliness: They specialize in grilled cheese sandwiches and mack n cheese, that's basically a kid's dream, right?

Super kind staff here! I ordered the Naked Fries, and they were hot and crunchy and so delicious. I also got an Oreo shake here, and it had the perfect blend of Oreo and ice cream.
Great service and friendly staff. Food came out so quickly. The melts were all great and enjoyed the Korean chicken tenders and tomato soup. Def will be coming back

Poorly trained staff. Lack of basic higiene, lack of interest in taking care of their customers, rude workers, the food is never prepared as per the order. The management needs to step up their game and hire more qualified workers and improve the quality of their food and services. I gave them too many chances, but I can't go back anymore. It sucks because I work almost next door to them!

Not recommended for the faint of heart, or those with human stomachs. It’s conceivable that I was sent the plastic display in lieu of my wings. I found myself unable to hold down the few bites I took, but apparently the minimal traces of Melt Shop in my body were enough to onset 24 hours of what I can only describe as Montezuma’s Revenge. If not for Imodium, I’m certain this would have sent me to the hospital.
