The food was delicious. Especially Empanadillas de Bonito and Los Calamares de la Plaza Mayor. I was disappointed with Liquid Olives. They forgot to serve water but the waiter was responsive and brought it immediately after we requested.
I let the server know I can not handle spice so I ordered the chicken sandwich with no spicy mayo and then ordered shrimp and bread and a drink. Instead of telling me there are red pepper flakes and sauce that has some spice to it, she says nothing. When I told her it was spicy, after I ate two and scraped off some sauce to do so, she said should I do them again. I had to get back to work, so declined. More communication would have been great and I would have enjoyed my meal more....
It's not the real Spain, but it's as close as it gets. Definitely gives you the authentic Spanish vibes...almost felt like your out in a eatery in Madrid. Good food, but would have been cheaper in Spain.
