Excellent cocktails and service for the price. This place caters to mid-market clientele of all ages. If you bump into someone under 35 (in general), they are respectful and ambitious. This is perfect for a first date and a great neighborhood happy hour meeting place, any day of the week.
I love Mess Hall so much, especially in the summer with the outdoor seating. I bring my friends often and they share the same sentiments. The bartenders and other staff are wonderful. I don’t really explore the food as much, but the fritos and chili from my last visit was hot and filling. My go to is the frozen margarita - delicious and strong.
