Stay away from the MOJO Chicken with Chimichurri Sauce! It is definitely not cooked thoroughly, chicken was still pink. Not a fan of this place at all.

Without the awesome folks at CafeMetro I would be lost! As an EA to a C-level individual I am responsible for multiple catering orders on a regular basis, and sometimes at the last minute. I ALWAYS order from the amazing crew at CafeMetro. The food is delicious, the presentation consistent and impressive, and the staff is professional and very capable. Huyen, Eli, and the rest of the staff never disappoint and are a joy to work with because of their positive attitudes and streamlined ordering process. Highest recommendation!

We have used Café Metro in the past with few issues. Yesterday was not good. We ordered both breakfast and lunch for a production shoot. The breakfast was an hour late. As we had limited time for our staff to eat, we had to go out and buy additional breakfast because we could not reach anyone at Café Metro. At lunch, the order was more than 30 minutes late. Again, we were on a tight timeframe and our crew missed their window to eat. I was told they would adjust our bill because of the inconvenience (they acknowledged the mistakes were on their end.) Today I'm told they will give us credit in the future, but won't do anything for this order (right at $1,000.) Honestly, an apology and an attempt to make this right would have settled the matter, but our staff has now been directed not to use them moving forward. Client service matters.
