Aesthetically pleasing with all the art on the walls. Lighting was just right. Not too dark. Really enjoyed the tacos. they are bigger than the normal taco and packed fully. I had 2 tacos but could have gotten away with 1. I had the pork birria and beef brisket taco. Enjoyed both. I also had some nachos for an appetizer. Enjoyed that. Perfect size for a little bite before the entree showed up. Our server was amazing. She was very friendly and caring. Made sure our needs were met. Thank you. Definitely recommend

Don't miss the nachos and quesadilla, the taco was average. Their service is really quick and the wait staff was very polite. Really cool ambience

Food was better than we expected. We walked in on a very crowded day in NYC and didn’t have reservations anywhere else but was surprisingly very happy with the meal. The seasonal veggie tacos and nachos was pretty good. They can have more vegetarian/vegan protein options - only had mushrooms for now. But apart from that food and service was excellent!

What a big disappointment of a place.Went there tonight and the hostess was sooo bland like we were bothering her with our presence. We had a reservation and she was far from nice or welcoming. In our way out not a thanks for coming or have a nice evening? Put a mannequin there, it would do better. As the front face of the restaurant you should care who represents you.Our waiter was alright. Didn’t make any suggestions but did ask if any of us had allergies ( we don’t) but appreciate him asking. The food was very disappointing. The flour tortillas tasted and looked like store bought mission brand. The rice looked and tasted like out an uncle Ben’s instant rice. The beans weren’t as bad.My fish taco was merely mediocre.Husbands food was so bland and not good either.I was excited to try this place but we ended up looking at each other in pure disappointment. As someone who’s been to many regions of mexicoAnd is exposed to a lot of Mexican food through friends and geographically close to Mexico ( from Houston) I can sincerely tell you- go else where and don’t waste your time and money in this place. There are some much better options.

Best tacos of NYC! It's so juicy and tasty. What a flavor punch.Their Brisket tacos are a must-have.Management note- your tacos used to be juicier and fatter before. Somehow, size has reduced and have become dryer.

I gave my son a 30th birthday celebration there and it was fabulous. My son loves Mexican food. My guest had a great time. Our server was amazing. Special thanks to Emily the manager for helping me put it all together.

We got some chips and salsa and the salsa was great, no complaints on the chips. Our server was extremely nice and the food came incredibly fast, like 10-15 minutes. The food was incredible. The slaw was great, and the sauces on the burrito were incredible. Someone else got the stacked enchiladas and they were delicious as well. The ambiance was great, the music was good and the art on the walls was great. Food came in normal portions. Would recommend for some good Mexican food.

This place was pinned on my maps for a while, but it was a miss for us. We made the mistake of getting there at 3pm when Happy Hour starts at 4pm so we paid $18 for the mediocre nachos (which would’ve been $8 otherwise). Avocado taco was alright but I wouldn’t repeat. The vibes were fun and the wall art is excellent!

Had an amazing experience at the old DC location, so we decided to visit during our trip to NYC - the service was just ok. Our food came out quickly but somehow my tacos were cold. We both ordered the house margarita, and it was very heavy on the mixer, with almost no tequila. The restaurant was lively, crowd relatively normal except the lady sitting next to us grabbed the menus off our table, which was a weird moment. The bathrooms were accessible but dirtier than I would expect for a restaurant. Not worth the price, can get better margs and tacos elsewhere.

Food and drinks were excellent. Some building works around front of restaurant meant it was hidden (sign on boardong) so quieter on inside than perhaps normal days.. but great
