Great service! Waitress is very attentive. They were about to close and she kindly said she would keep the kitchen open for us. She also gave us menu recommendations.

The service is friendly, food is great and you can get the best Mai Tai you've ever had here! The margaritas are great too.

Excellent food! This place is a hidden gem on the UES for good Mexican food and drinks. Great service. The decor is very basic, but it is clean and welcoming. Would be great take out as well.

This is a recent discovery for us in the neighborhood, and we're happy to have found it. The menu is eclectic in alignment with the restaurant name, and the dishes that we've had so far have been great (the bowls are particularly terrific!). I'm already looking forward to our next visit there, and give the Mexiterranean Grill a great review. Please keep up the great work!

Very friendly staff and some good lunch specials price wise; however, the chicken-bacon sandwich was very basic in taste.

Great place with excellent service and delicious food at affordable prices. The portions were generous, and every dish was full of flavor.

Great service. However, all of the food was unbelievably sweet for some reason. Even the salsa was like a dessert.

Place is bomb. The food is so good. You gotta stop in. I applaud their philanthropy as well providing fold for the Ronald McDonald House NYC.

Staying in NYC for a few weeks and this was the 1st place we chose to eat, because it's Cinco De Mayo! The place is small with several 2 seat and 4 seat arrangements. We got lucky and got seated quickly (reservations are good). The menu is a uniquely weird mix of Mediterranean and Mexican food, but the food leans 80/20 to the Mexican side. For example falafel was on the menu, and it was good. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. We had the tortilla soup which was tasty, but needed more ingredients, my sisters homily soup was more brothy. Staff was busy but attentive. We both got enchiladas mole and salsa verde. We enjoyed it immensely, we took the leftovers home for breakfast. Lastly I need to mention the yogurt smoothie, it was SO good! I got two and the 2nd one was better than the 1st. So if you go definitely get the yogurt smoothie. Will probably go back to sample the other items. 5/8 - got the Happy Hour special frozen margaritas and the molcajete grill special ($47) for 2 people. Wow, what a steal! We also got the flautas app. These were really good, bite sized tacitos. 5/9 - we ordered from GrubHub got the bowls, good portion, not too heavy, better than Chipotle.

Well, they seemed to be way understaffed. Maybe it was. just that Saturday night. There were 2 large tables of 8-10 people. So that may have thrown them off. who knows. But the food was uneven. The Guacamole was very good (but small) and the house Margarita was very good. Nachos and Taquitos were not so good.

Margaritas are delicious. Service was very friendly.
