They don't seem enthusiastic to even service anyone at this establishment and the customers are being cheated out of food quality. I requested a simple eggs and sausage sandwich. Which they advertised they had turkey sausage patties with a sign when requested they said they don't have that and then rebuttal with a statement they don't have anymore. So I just asked for a simple eggs sandwich. To my surprise it was more bread then the command of eggs. Then I got some homemade Spanish food that I thought would be soulful to my soul only to be charged 10.00 for the taste of burnt rice. Ewwww never will be giving my service to them again. Sigh. Harlem is dying.

There needs to be a better way to take sandwich orders. The first time I came here I told the guy twice I wanted a hot sandwich. It ended up being cold but it still tasted really good so I didn't think anything of it. I assumed he was just busy.The second time, there's only myself and another customer, I told him 3 times just tomatoes, no lettuce + ketchup & mayo..he even confirmed with me no lettuce. I opened the sandwich and there's lettuce everywhere. Just lettuce, no tomatoes..no ketchup with the mayo mayo. Like he literally did the opposite. I couldn't waste my break to walk back 10 mins to this deli to correct the order. I'm paying for the sandwich, please be respectful of customer's time and money.

For those who cherish the old panaderías should appreciate this bodega. It’s one of the few local places left, that I’m aware of, where you can get still get breakfast latino style similar to those old bakeries. They even offer mofongo! I grew up not far from here actually. My family and I would frequent one on Lexington between 109th and 110th. It is now long gone but the memories remain.

Dont take apple pay or card unless you spend more than 12 dollars and most of there products are stolen goods from local pharmacy’s

Mia is a great name for this place. Because service is missing in action. I would have love to try one of their sandwiches, but I could not get anyone to pay any attention to me. Then again, I'm only 6 ft 2 and 200 lb. So I'm pretty hard to notice.Disappointing bodega.
