Michaeli Bakery is a new kosher bakery that is already famous for their exceptionally delicious chocolate babka! They are also creating a reputation for having phenomenal rugalach! Today I purchased halva rugalach, that was delicious along with their chocolate rugalach! They’re located on East 90th Street just off First Avenueon the north east side of the street. They are closed on Saturday.

Sitting here, right now, while I wait for my cat evaluates at ASPCA. Great customer service, and delicious baking goods! The mocha also tastes great! Not cheap, but worth the price. I’ve had more expensive coffee experiences that didn’t turn out this good. Also, everything is vegetarian friendly with some good vegan options. Try their spice cheese stick!
Tasty offerings from this bakery. Had two burekas and found them fresh and flaky without being crumbly. Was a little surprised there was no offer to warm them up, but maybe that's just me.
