I ordered at Midnight Express Dinerto be delivered for the first time today. I’m new in the area and for the first time I got the order exactly the way I’ve ordered. Plus the croissant was crispy. So good. Highly recommended. (No more Mansion Diner or Yorkville Deli.👎👎)

i love this place. it is so magical and great. every time i go in there they are playing fire music, shoutout to whoever is on aux! i’ve ordered a brownie sunday and sweet potato fries here before and they’ve both been delicious. this is a place i like coming to often!!

Please explain how a ham and cheese omelete, a glass of oj, coffe and a side of bacon is $50???
Who eats in this place when it is this expensive for mediocre diner food? No one should willingly go there when the food is just blah and the prices are this outrageous.
A side order of bacon should NOT be $10 A glass of OJ should not be $7 An omelete should NOT be $20 A cup of coffee should not be $4
If you go here and get meh food and get overcharged you have only yourself to blame for being raked over the coals on the upper east side.

I had breakfast there once, I ordered two scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes and corned beef hash. The scrambled eggs, served soft, as requested, hardly had any taste. The mashed potatoes were very light in texture and without taste. The corned beef hash was very tasty, but about an hour later my stomach was bothering me. My two star food rating, seen above, is based on this dining experience only.

Midnight Express Diner is a gem—you truly can’t go wrong with anything you order! I’ve been there a few times, and let me tell you about my latest experience. For brunch, I went with my mom and nana, and everything was on point. I ordered the Banana Nut French Toast with scrambled eggs, and that French toast was heavenly—soft, fluffy, and the bananas were so fresh. Mom went for the classic—grits with cheese, two eggs sunny side up, and sliced tomatoes. Nana had the Mr. “Healthy” Omelette, which came with grilled potatoes. Everyone left satisfied!
For lunch, I had to try their BBQ Cheddar Bacon Cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, and it did not disappoint. That burger was top-notch—juicy and flavorful, and those sweet potato fries were the perfect side. I topped it off with a Frosted Flake milkshake, and honestly, it was the cherry on top of a great meal.

We were out of towners receiving a late evening delivery of a Home cooked meal which arrived within 20 minutes and was hot. Meatloaf dinner was excellent and large portioned.
