I ordered a pound of brisket and a full rack of ribs to go, from Mighty Quinn’s today. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The woman (not the usual nice lady, but the heavier-set lady) cutting the brisket saw me walk away and quickly tucked away about a third of a pound of chunky fat underneath the meat. I only discovered this once I got home. This shady behavior left me feeling disgusted. I regretted leaving a generous tip. I took a picture after initially discarding half the fat, realizing I should document this disappointing experience

Brisket was good, but service was insanely slow for the style of restaurant. Ribs were mostly bone though, and the amount of brisket I got in the meal was minuscule for the price, which is disappointing for a BBQ place. Wanted to love, but was disappointed

Such a disappointment. I used to come here regularly and tell everybody about the brisket. It’s been a few years since I visited, because I moved away. But I found myself in the neighborhood and was super psyched to return.
The brisket just wasn’t good. It was dry. The bark had no texture, and no flavor. There was no smoke rink. And the minimal smokiness tasted chemically.
I don’t think I’ll be back.

Delivery order didn't send correct number of pickles (should have been 3 per order), weighed on kitchen scale and 1/2lb serving was under 7oz, no small coleslaw, none of the requested napkins or utensils. Very disappointing experience.

Everything was excellent, except for the fact that I was not able to tip my server personally, I did not feel that I should have to put it in a pot and the tips are shared evenly. This server is extremely nice. He’s always pleasant and always considerate to what you need for food, I would like to share his name Seckou Conte. I feel like everyone gets what they deserve when it comes to tips. And he was very deserving of my tip. He is awesome sauce.

Food was tasty, but a tad on the cold side. The service, however, needs improvement. We walked up to the counter to be ignored by all five of the employees for at least 10 minutes--even after we asked questions and said we wanted to order. They basically kept doing their tasks as they joked around with each other. I wanted to leave but my friend is more forgiving of this kind of treatment.
