It then took them 10 mins to confirm the order, 3 of them asking me the same question… “you want a cheeseburger deluxe right…”. As i sat for 30 minutes watching him make the food he brings it to the counter and says “oh it’s been ready i was calling you” i just gave him the straightest face and he responds “just kidding”. It wasn’t a kidding moment. All this to pay for a “cheeseburger deluxe” and get a burger NO CHEESE , 12 fries and all bread with a kids portion of beef they call a burger. Not worth it, money or time.

I ordered from here and the person that answered the phone was very inattentive got my whole order wrong and then when I called back he tells me that he didn’t have what I ordered instead of telling me when I ordered also he lied and said he was closing a whole hr before they where supposed to close and blamed not having my order right on the fact that they where closing next time just go in person because if you order you might not get anything you asked for

Recently, I ordered a half pepperoni, half chicken pizza and suffered a severe allergic reaction, which led to a terrifying trip to the emergency room. Despite my initial denial, I later discovered that the cause might have been cross-contamination with an allergen (raw fruit) used in a different preparation area.
I want to emphasize that this review is not meant to bash Milano or its staff. On the contrary, I've always appreciated their kindness and dedication. However, I feel compelled to share my story to alert fellow severe allergy sufferers about the potential risks of cross-contamination.
Against the advice of all my family members I went back two days after the ER visit to order garlic knots… I noticed a staff member cutting (what I thought was) an apple near the salad station, which made me realize that the same knife might have been used to dice/cut the chicken for my pizza. In order to not make a scene in the restaurant, I did call once I got home, and I spoke to the gentleman who I saw cutting the fruit, he acknowledged and apologized for the oversight.
Please don't misunderstand – I still love Milano and their delicious pizza. Nevertheless, I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale about the importance of cross-contamination protocols, especially for those with life-threatening allergies like anaphylaxis.

Make sure that you bring cash. They have an ATM inside just in case. The chicken parm was so good and cooked to perfection. You need to try their garlic knots & pepperoni rolls as a side dish, and zepolis as a dessert it's sooo delicious I am going back there very soon ???? their food has left a very memorable experience on me.
Vegetarian options: There is a salad section in the menu you will find it very delicious.
