Calling for thanksgiving order and the lady was rude upon answering. Albeit the order was placed from website and not their store this was said in a very rude way.

My expectations were too high. I have heard rave reviews about MILK. It was a hot day and I stopped after a great lunch hoping for an impressive treat. My cookie sandwich was totally unspectacular and overpriced.
