I've taken 2 classes here in the last 2 weeks! I bought a gift card for a macaron class for my husband's birthday. Chef Nicholas was kind, funny, knowledgeable, and VERY patient. The macarons we made were wonderful. I feel like I could make them at home! So, when my Mom came to the city for a visit - we decided to take the croissant class. We had so much fun! Again, Chef Nicholas was wonderful. And, not only did we take home what we baked... we also took home the raw...
