Very poor service. Their in-house delivery staff delivered it to the wrong address first before finally delivering it. So it came very late . The food was tasteless, the duck was dry, and the skin was soggy. The salad didn’t have dressing, and the wontons were undercooked.

The catering from here was phenomenal, they provided plenty of food for our large group.
We built bowls with the various ingredients, and having tried a little of everything, the crispy spicy chicken was my absolute favorite out of the bunch.

ILLNESS WARNING (Sept 2025) - After having Milu catered at my office for lunch, I got very aggressive food poisoning for HOURS. I ate the crispy chicken, wild rice, and charred broccoli over greens. I do not wish that on anyone, so now you have been warned!
Ginger scallion is great. And they have sweet pineapple bun
This is a great spot for casual, fast dining in the city. I chose the make your own bowl: duck fat rice, crispy chicken, marinated cucumbers and kale salad. Also got the egg tart soft serve which was interesting! The staff was super friendly and service was super quick. The place was sparkling clean and spacious too!

One of my absolute favorite spots in NYC! The Chili Crisp Chicken Bowl is beyond delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the tofu seaweed salad and scallion mayo. Everything tastes super fresh and made with care. I could honestly eat here every day! Plus, the staff at the counter are incredibly kind and welcoming.

First, I would like to say that I hold great respect for all people, regardless of gender.
During the parade on June 29th, I was here with my friends, and we were having a respectful conversation about the origins of the LGBTQ+ movement and the historical changes in its initiatives. My friend, a university professor, was sharing some insightful perspectives. During our discussion, someone from the kitchen asked us to change the subject because his friend felt offended.
I understand that this is a sensitive topic for some. My question is, why is it considered offensive to discuss these matters openly and respectfully, particularly on a day dedicated to this very subject? Conversely, why is it not considered offensive to censor or ban certain topics in a free country?

Menu on limited side. Spicy chicken dish was very (too) salty.

Had ordered the crispy chicken bowl. I substituted white rice for multiple grain for healthier options. Not even half way into the bowl, my stomach became bloated and painful.
I’m not sure what’s in the multigrain, but I’m sure that’s the culprit.
I try to look for what was listed in the multigrain, but is not printed on the menu, now my stomach is hurting the entire night. I am only sensitive to quinoa; the ingredients should be listed so consumers know how to make an informed choice.
