Been going to Chinatown for a long time. Started at big wongs, which is now a ghost town. I thought Ming Wong was a cleaner version of big. Duck was decent and the roast pork over rice was tough. This was not what I was used to. I was disappointed. Will not return. I need a new place.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while trying to decide if we should sit down and eat around the area. The menu was extensive and had some interesting items so me and my husband decided to try. And I’m so glad we did! The food was great, not too salty and was a generous portion. Roast pork noodle was very delicious and salt and pepper squid was nicely seasoned and crisp. Yes, it is not a fine dining service, but everyone was fast, efficient and friendly. I loved the hot tea they serve and they took us to quite nice big area at the back of a restaurant. Really great find and I do think they deserve better recognition.

Traditional Cantonese style cuisine serving the local community for years. The staff here is friendly and efficient. I like that they’re one of the handful of Chinese joints open later (11pm closing) compared to most restaurants closing by 9pm these days. The BBQ meats, wonton, congee, and stir fry dishes here are all traditional Cantonese style that’s little on the oily-er side. For some reason the dishes always come out lukewarm, compared to pipping hot at other places. They said their kitchen is in the basement and they use a dumb waiter to bring up the food, which probably causes the dish to cool down by the time it arrives to your table. All in all, can’t go wrong with any dishes here. You get a small 5% discount if you pay cash!

Excellent service from the waitstaff. Didn't catch an attitude when we requested some hot chili oil. They even gave us little bowls to share the food without us asking for it. Even the restroom was huge so it's perfect for large people or people in wheelchairs.

This spot hosts Cantonese comfort food - service was spectacular & quick, and portions were generous.
we ordered the soy sauce chicken, fresh veggies, fish ball flat noodle soup, and sautéed fish fillet and they were all great.
paying in cash offers a slight discount
Food is good and enough to share. The service is fast and friendly. The waiters are nice and the hot sauce is amazing not like the one you find at your regular take Chinese spot . All in all it’s a very good place to take your friends and family

Dinner here with my family... The food was delicious. Service was fine. Our waiter was very blunt, and we were taking him light heartedly. All was going well.
My only complaint is that after the waiter put my order in wrong, and the wrong dish was brought out, he seemed to expect that I'd just eat and pay for something I didn't order... He acknowledged that it was his error, and then proceeded to pressure me to just accept the different dish (which did not look appealing). He told me what I ordered would take some time to make and that the cook put a lot of work into the dish he was pushing on me (it was just boring white rice, beef and broccoli).
Finally after waaay too much back and forth, he took the food away and only charged for my soup.
4 stars though, because other than that uncomfortable moment, we had a very nice experience

The food is absolutely amazing, and the owner recommended fantastic dishes at very fair prices. I’ve been craving authentic Chinese breakfast for the longest time, and this restaurant is truly an 11 out of 10. I love it!

Food was authentic and delicious. I got the roast pork lo mein which was amazing. You can tell they care about the food they make. The staff was so kind and even joined in on our card game at the table. Would 10/10 recommend

Was exploring chinatown and landed at this restaurant. We sat down and waited, first we were never offered water or cared to offer us that, just hot tea no condiments for the tea like sugar or cream. I had to call them to come take our order after we sat down, kept looking at us weird since we are black. When it got worse was when it was time to pay, we payed for our food then the lady who was “our server” even though she barely served us and disappeared, forced me to tip her!! I told her no tip because the service was terrible, whereby she held my hand to press the tip option on the kiosk! I was livid by then, she is lucky I didn’t get physical especially after touching me. Then she tried to call another waitress to come and make me tip and I told her no tip, y’all did a terrible job servicing us and don’t deserve a tip, I paid for my food and thats it! Then I realized this isn’t going anywhere because of language barrier then left. If you’re not Chinese and come here be prepared for a little tussling. Also tips are optional (unless it’s included in the total price) otherwise I and others have the right to not tip especially with terrible service!!!
