HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD AND ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE !!!! Worst I have ever experienced. Save your money go to another place! Believe me when I say ANY OTHER RESTAURANT IS WAY BETTER THAN THIS ONE!! Place was empty and we were sat down immediately but never attended to until 10min later she came table Threw the menu at us walked away, we should have taken this a red flag but others in our party wanted to give it a chance , when she returned she asked what we wanted to eat my hubby 1st said his drink and food item ( which we were to share) she wrote that down then it was my turn I told her my drink item which was Chinese Herbal tea in which she didn’t understand so I showed her and pointed in the menu she yelled “NO NOT FOR YOU” too busy ! But I noticed the Chinese People who arrived way after us were drinking the Herbal tea plus they had gotten their food!! I could go on and on about this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! But just reliving is and writing this review is a waste of my time BUT WANTED YO BE KNOWN TO ALL THAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!
If I could rate it 0/5 stars I would. Horrible service there were not many customers at the time and we were shoved into a back table and forgotten. When our server finally did come she tossed menus on to the table and walked away and when we attempted to order drinks We were told we could not order because the server was too busy. When we finally had a chance to order our food we where told we couldn’t order certain item not because they were not available but because that’s not what “we really wanted”. Server was extremely rude and was possibly treating us this way because we were Hispanic. All other customers received food and drinks in a timely manner but refused to let us order drinks until our food came and only 3 at a time. Half of our party was missing drinks. One of my family members attempted to order herbal tea and was refused and told “Not for you”, server then proceeded to serve tea to other Asian customers. Food was mediocre AT BEST. No flavor and dry. First experience in china town and definitely a fail, we were treated so poorly and left extremely unsatisfied. When we decided it was time for us to leave our server did not approach us with a bill I had to walk up and then the other server did not want to show me the bill just wanted me go hand over my card, when I requested to see the bill to make sure everything was right she seemed shocked and offended. When I paid the screen of the tip came on she attempted to put a tip for me, I told her no and put no tip myself and signed and pressed continue in fear that she would change my choice. She then proceeded to look at me in absolute shock that I didn’t leave a tip after we were treated like garbage. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!
We love this restaurant in the heart of China town. It is a busy but down to earth Chinese restaurant. The staff are always running around but they look after you in their own unique way. Food is always hot, freshly made and portions are large. Prices are not cheap but well worth it. They charge a little more if you pay by card. Always happy to recommend.

They’re really pushy about tip and if you give 20 percent they’ll tell you that you need to do more they did it to us and a couple near us they told them because they’re in America they need to tip more than $5
You gotta know what you are walking into. This restaurant was the real chinatown experience. Linoleum floors, low ceiling and minimal decorations. As a matter of fact, the only posters on the walls were probably given to them by the soy sauce manufacturer hung up with thumb tacks! The plants were plastic! The beverages ie coke, water bottles etc were stacked in the dining room etc. Nuts! We were seated with a pot of tea and chopsticks. My wife asked for silverware but they only had forks!!! Too funny. They were brusk but nice enough (not rude in any way) as they were working hard. The kitchen is by the window and again they were working it. One thing I have to say about the food is that the veggies were all fresh and everything seemed to be made from scratch. Where else in America does that happen. Anyway the food was fine but go here for the experience. The portions were generous. And don't ask for Brown Rice as you won't find that here. This is a place to eat not dine!!! Would I recommend it? Probably not as I am not going again but would I recommend not to go? No why not give it a try if you cannot get into the insta restaurant of your Chinatown dreams. 3 stars is very fair almost good.
Vegetarian options: Not sure if the dishes we ordered were 100% veggie and don't bother asking as you may not get the answer you want

The abundant and tasty dishes. They are undoubtedly delicious. However, on the menu they have some prices, on some sheets they have other prices and on the bill they put other prices. They put dishes on the account that you did not order, they discount the price of that dish and finally the account says that you saved the price of the dish that you did not order, it is somewhat misleading.

Our waiter and other members of the staff were very welcoming. The place was extremely busy (but so are most places in Chinatown). We ordered the shrimp fried rice and fried chicken wings. The rice was a very large portion but unfortunately lacked flavor. The chicken wings were not good at all and had no flavor. Also it was very expensive for 4 pieces, $6. So basically 1 whole chicken wing was $3. They only served the flap part of the wing and not the drum. My mom ordered the beef and broccoli and the shrimp lo mein. She said the gravy on the beef and broccoli was very good but that was about all. The shrimp lo mein lacked flavor as well. However, it was a very large portion. I don't know if we just chose the wrong dishes to order or what. But the food was not great at all.

Your typical Chinese restaurant. They specialize in roast meets. The rice crepe was good. Fish balls are underrated! The green beans were excellent. A good garlic flavor to it. They did not skimp on the garlic! The crispy roast pork was delicious. It is usually served cold apparently because I had to ask them to heat it up.

How come the roast duck is cold? How do you eat it when it’s cold? Later, I asked the waiter to heat it up and it was just lukewarm. It was not delicious at all.

I advise everyone to avoid this restaurant!!!!! Total deduction
The ambience is very deceiving and initially makes an impression that seems ok at first glance
Duck was 90% bone
The chicken was cold and then thrown into the microwave along with the noodles and the plates were rudely slammed back onto the table + sauce fat that we were allowed to put on ourselves
Since the food was inedible we wanted the bill immediately
When it came to the bill, there was a brief escalation because the waitress demanded 25% of the $50 tip and then wanted to make it clear to us that we had to pay these numbers.
We pressed no tip and then left.
Towards the end we were insulted
Thanks for nothing and the bad mood

It could have been the best duck that I ever had and 5 stars, but the duck was half warm half cold. The warm part was just perfect but then a part of it was cold, also quite a lot of bones… they said it's normal that it's not completely hot. The noodles are special and tasty, prices are reasonable.
Sadly very poor choice coming to this restaurant. Food was average in most cases / plates and two dishes were so bad we left them on the table
