Chandler was so welcoming and kind! All staff were attentive and made sure we had a great night as it was my mom’s birthday. The jazz was next level and the atmosphere altogether is something you’ll want to experience if you happen to be passing through the area! thank you minton’s.

We bought tickets to a show on Thursday, November 7th and when we arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. We have not received a refund and we were not notified in advance that they were closed. This was a birthday gift for a friend and we were traveling from out of state.

Absolutely fantastic Jazz/RnB venue! We were on holiday from the UK and staying in Harlem, found Minton's by chance and went there for drinks and the Wednesday evening jam session, great atmosphere, really friendly staff and good service but most of all exceptionally talented musician and singers. Had such a great time we went back every week while we were here and loved it every time. If you're in NYC then definitely take a trip to Minton's and enjoy!!

We had a delightful experience at Minton’s Playhouse. The service was incredible from start to finish, with Chandler, the bartender, standing out as a true gem. The atmosphere is steeped in history, and the pure jazz experience in the heart of Harlem is simply magical. The food and cocktails were amazing too. If you’re looking for a fantastic night out, Minton Playhouse is a must-visit!
