It’s 10 pm on a Friday night and I walked in and the staff told me they are closed. How can they be closed when it says fridays they’re open until 11 pm. When I asked the guy that he tells me ok what do you want I asked him for ice cream and then a woman in the back came to the front and told me their machines are off. Very unprofessional. Considering its south street seaport location on a Friday night in August. The pier is full of people. I don’t understand how they can refuse customers an hour before their closing time. Who ever is in charge here should deff check on their staff and the rules they’re making up. Seems to me they just want to be out of work early on a Friday night.

It’s actually such good ice cream do the price. I also appreciate that they know it can get messy so they give you a catch cup for your cone. But great flavors

Walked in here for the first time. Ended up dining in. The experience was okay. Food was freshly made upon ordering, and their ice-cream is delicious. If you have a sweet tooth this place is great to try! Pricey but worth a try.

Best soft serve I’ve ever had. So creamy and flavorful. I loved the s’mores version. Service was so fast, I got my ice cream in under a minute!

Cute, fun ice cream! They're definitely pricey but worth it to eat something sweet while sitting on the pier. 7/10 sweetness. They come with a drip catcher so that was convenient. The strawberry ice cream tasted better than the banana one, in my opinion.
