My friend and I were looking for a new place to drink and walked past this bar last night around 10 pm. The place had one couple in it, we were skeptical, but we thought we would give it a chance.
I had the Dirk Diggler, it wasn’t good, pls stop serving it. It is neither here or there, wasn't sweet, wasn’t sour. It was a strange combination. I didn’t even bother finish it
My friend didn’t like anything on the menu so he asked for a variation of an Old Fashioned or Manhattan. The bartender made a Black Manhattan. My friend wasn’t impressed with it either.
As our drinks get warmer, condensation water made a puddle on the bar counter. Before I left, I asked why they don’t use coasters, the bartender said they don’t. Pls use a coasters of something to soak up the water. Ppl often place their phones, wallets, handbags on the bar, and the water might damage them. Pls improve your drink and how youdo things. I want you to succeed, NYC need you to succeed.

Never had food here but have come here a lot for cocktails. Great spot
I had an incredibly unpleasant experience for all the wrong reasons. As a tourist visiting NYC, I went to my first bar, expecting a warm welcome. Instead, I was met with sarcasm, insults, and condescension from a bartender named Matt. He arrogantly lectured us about needing to use passports instead of driver's licenses at bars, claiming they aren't valid. If that’s true, he also broke the law by serving me with that ID. He could have kindly informed us, but instead, he used the opportunity to inflate his own ego, acting as if he were some kind of savior, while being rude and dismissive.
After this, we ordered a drink, and since I had just arrived off a flight, I wasn't familiar with the tipping process—something that's not common in Australia. I made a mistake with the machine, intending to tip when we left. Rather than kindly explaining it to me, he went through his records, saw we hadn’t tipped because we didn’t realize it needed to be done through the machine, and then proceeded to scold us in the most disrespectful way. I have never felt so disrespected, belittled, and upset. Matt was the rudest, most narcissistic person I've ever encountered, and I will never return to that bar. However, his colleague was very kind, and I feel sorry for them having to work with someone like Matt. Thanks for ruining a night out, Matt—I hope your inflated ego was satisfied. If I could give 0 stars I would.
One of my favourite cocktail bars in the east village. Super creative and delicious drinks that you won’t find elsewhere. The atmosphere is cozy yet spacious, you could easily spend hours tucked into a booth laughing and drinking all night. Cocktails are a bit pricier than other spots but absolutely worth it.
Stopped in on a Saturday night at around 8 for a drink while we waited for our 9 PM reservation at Upstate. Let me just say, I love a bar where there is seating. It wasn't too packed, and they actually have tables. And clean tables at that. The music was good and it wasn't too loud, which allowed me and my girlfriends to have a conversation. I don't care if any of what I just said shows my age. It is primarily a cocktail bar but I was in the mood for a beer, and they only have cans. Would be nice if they had a few on draft but again, I guess since people probably mainly go there for cocktails, there probably isn't much of a demand for it. I also saw they have a food menu, which looked pretty good. If we weren't grabbing food at Upstate, I might have ordered the fried chicken sammie or the burger, which were reasonably priced. I probably wouldn't trek all the way out here just to try the menu, but I am glad we stumbled upon Mister Paradise that night.
Cool place for drinks - went early on a Saturday for a birthday, and it was super nice. Fries, burgers and cheese plates were fire, and space was sweet but a bit small

The best espresso martini I’ve had in New York. Great service, great atmosphere. Would make an excellent date spot. And it smells amazing inside. A must.
2nd time coming here last weekend... great spot!
Great atmosphere, great drinks, excellent service.
Dip the burger in the cheddar habanero sauce.
Too crowded and loud.
But I won't visit again. Too crowded and is not a club . Can't walk and forget going to the bathroom. But the food and drinks are very good. And the servers are super nice
