I am totally disappointed with my order. I ordered two Dubai chocolate cups on Grubhub. I specifically send them a note to please make sure that my order was fresh not frozen.
I also noted to please make sure they added pistachio and the chocolate crunch within my Dubai chocolate gelato. Which all that is mixed in the Dubai chocolate, thats what makes the Dubai chocolate gelato so Amazingly irresistible!!
This establishment packed more chocolate than anything else I got both my orders that were just basically chocolate if I wanted chocolate gelato, I would’ve ordered just chocolate gelato.
I had to make a video of both cups just to show that I barely got any pistachio or chocolate crunch. This is not the first time I had this encounter with this establishment. They’ve done it to me in person, with a frozen to go cup. which is why I specified it in this order and they did it again.
Togo orders should not be treated any less than. Especially when you paying $10 extra in delivery charges with a tip at delivered!!
My friend have a 2 min video, I want her to share it with you. She’s not one to complain, even though she’s the one that paid for this order for me. but I’m the pregnant one with cravings and this order really disappointed me!!
