Amazing date spot. The waiters were very attentive to our needs and were constantly refilling our water which was much appreciated. The burgers are fantastic, so flavorful, & have that melt in your mouth type of feel. Will definitely be coming back!

Went here for a lunch with my coworkers cause we needed a Kosher restaurant. Lowkey the most expensive burgers and salads I’ve ever seen. I don’t think that we can justify 35 burgers that don’t even come with fries.

It was horrible. There were bugs going around the place and when we said it to the staff they did nothing. we ordered a side and it was tiny even though it cost like 15 bucks. The bathrooms were horrible and disgusting. Even though the service was not bad the place is horrible and disgusting and the food was not that good

Atrocious service. 20 minute for a server to come. 30 minutes for drinks to come. Waited over an hour for any type of food to come and it never did. Got up, left money for the drinks and left. Apparently they now have 1 kitchen serving 2 restaurants...mocha burger and nome. If you enjoy waiting forever for food. Please visit one of these 2 establishments.
This restaurant has been a long-standing favorite for the past decade. It is convenient, fast, reliable, and fully kosher. The menu is diverse and offers much more than just burgers, with creative dishes and consistently fresh food. The presentation is awesome, and the large, unique drinks are a highlight every time. It feels like part of a growing mocha empire, where quality, service, and flavor all come together perfectly.

Went here with my friend today. We just walked in due to convenience. The place was empty. I understand why. The server (Aloha Z) sat us down and would disappear for long periods of time. I ordered a burger and my friend got steak. I asked for my side to be fries. There was no mention that side is not included. The food was terrible. I asked for just cheese. Got mayo and pickles as well. Once she came back after 15 minutes of us waiting and I told her to please fix it, she gave me a look and brought back the same burger and bun with the sauce still stuck to it. She went away again so I couldn't ask her again. I put up with it. Once she came back we asked for the check. 51 dollars for what? 29 dollars for the burger that I hated (the beef was terrible as well) 12 for fries?!!! And a coke. That being said, I did not leave a tip. I couldn't justify the meal itself let alone the service. The server gave me attitude and said tip was not included in the bill. I ignored. My friend was nice enough to tip her 10 dollars, although I'm pretty sure because she was stared down by the server as she paid. Anyway please spare yourself the money and terrible service. There are many local restaurants that are much better and cheaper. Have a good one!
