Very good burger & excellent fries! First time there and the seating wasn't great. When the door opened blasts of cold air hit us. Otherwise decent service and food worth returning for!

Absolutely horrible Custumor service I ordered my food the guy said about 30-35 min I waited for a whole hour. I call them the guy said he’s on the way and while I was going to ask him a question he hangs up on me. I call back again and I told him I don’t appreciate him hanging up on me and then he starts yelling at me he’s on the way another 20 min. Extremely upset never ordering here again

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. I ate here recently and the ventilation was very poor. The place smelled very strong - like smoke, bbq, oil, etc. And my clothes smelled terrible for days. Eventually the smell was so bad that I had to get my winter coat and sweatshirt cleaned at the cleaners, a $40 cost. I asked the restaurant if they can reimburse me for this or at least provide a credit.... No response.

Bought the 12oz steak. They do a good job at it. Came on a cutting board filled with salad, fries, fried onion.

Very expensive for what you pay for. I was disappointed to see that all you get upon ordering is a small patty of meat that you could purchase at the super-market for a fraction of the price you pay. You basically have to put together the order yourself with the rest of the elements that make up a burger. The burger looked like what you would get from a high school cafeteria. On a side note the Banana Milkshake is delicious but thats all they have going for them. Spend your money elsewhere, even McDonalds can do better than this.

No problems with the service. Just don't be fooled by the gluten free buns. The server informed me that only the bun was gluten free, the burgers were not ⁉️

Ordered beef steak, which the menu said came with fries and salad. Delivery came with cut up pieces of tough steak and 3 wilted leaves. Truly disappointing for the price paid!

My friends and I were the only minorities in the place, and it was very clear that they made us feel the difference. The waiter was notably ruder to us than the table right next to us which had only white people, and everyone in the restaurant kept staring at us as they ate and even as they left. (We didn't do anything to stand out from anyone else, we just came in to grab some food.) The table next to us were notably staring down my friends and I, and were very obviously talking about us even as we left. They also added the tip on to the receipt, which was odd because we only had three people at our table. Food-wise it was pretty sub par, especially for the price. Not worth it! Better kosher places all around New York, that offer much cheaper food, better portions, and an eating experience that doesn't isolate customers of color

Burger was very good, although a bit overdone. "Special sauce" tasted like spicy mayo you'd get with sushi. Battered fries seemed frozen. The chicken lollies were good, basically lightly battered chicken breast nuggets in a teriyaki sauce. 35 dollars for burger, fries, chicken, Soda.

Burger and Fries to take out: Prepared quickly and brought to the sidewalk where we were waiting. The burger was good. I had seen the price online so I was prepared. I also ordered french fries well done. $8. I asked why so expensive. The answer was "This is a kosher restaurant." That is true, but it is not relevant to the preparation of fries. I have learned my lesson and will not order the fries, again. Also, if I ever think of ordering a different side I will check the price first.

I meet friends in this lovely spot quite a bit! This is my favorite place to dine. I visit this spot frequently. The meals are great, the crew is courteous and the prices are decent. I like going in this place for a rich dinner.
