Had an excellent experience at Mochi Dolci! The boba is amazing and so is the service :) can’t wait to come back!

Worst boba Ive had. Ordered Thai tea, tasted like watered down milk with under-cooked boba. Also not a good sign when the food inspector is in the shop requesting food handler's permits and nobody had one on them.

The boba was undercooked, flavor of the tea was minimal, and there was unmixed flavor powder in the drink. Not worth the money

Had to wait for my order to be taken.
Tried the sugar Boba and asked for extra Boba, which I didn't get.. Boba was also a little to firm.
The atmosphere was nice, especially in 100-degree weather!

I got the classic milk tea and a black sesame mochi donut. The tea was incredibly bland and did not taste like tea at all, and the boba had that weird texture where the outside is gooey but the inside is somehow still hard. The donut did not taste like black sesame, just sugar, and was soggy on the bottom rather than crisp. All in all I wanted to try out a new store but will never go here again.

The store is very spacious with tons of seating and the music is very quiet, so it could still be a nice spot to read a book or something.

Really swell place with a fine Nutella donut and a Blue Mountain coffee boba; a great 93° pick me up. Playing a jazz gig in the speakeasy back room thru the phone booth Saturday July 26, 3pm and that room was cool-

Overall crapy place, selling off good, too long wait for service, etc no good place at all, waste of money at this place. Not worth the time or money. I don't recommend. We won't go back.

I recently discovered this little place by chance, and me and my daughter had two delicious Boba milk tea's, one chcocolate and one strawberrry. The cafe had a very unique, chique interior with vintage decoration and neon lights. There was a friendly server that made us our drinks promptly. I definately hope to come here again, and I recommend you pay a visit...

Food was really bad 🤢. They included 20% gratuity without informing us and still asked for more tip.

Customer service is superb, top quality. So far I tried the taro milk boba and chocolate milk boba. I can say the taste is exquisite and delicious. Definitely trying other boba flavors.

We went there on a Thursday around noon to have some boba and mochi donut. Boba was ok but the tapioca were super hard and not fresh at all. We have the mochi with black sesame and was ok too. The staff was nice and accommodating. Unfortunately I’d skip this place if I am in a short stay in New York as if nothing was unique.

Love the people, but our boba drinks were tasteless, 80% ice and 20% drink.

So conflicted about this place; bc the drinks we had were amazing but the food was awful. The waitress so nice & accommodating in the beginning then she never showed back up to help us, we wanted more drinks but we never saw her again. So we just went to the counter to pay & left. The ambiance is cute, but it was a little too pricey to ever give it a second go
