Disappointed shipping customer in Boston. For the first time 4/5 of my half-dozen sesame bagel order developed moldy spots within the first 24 hours. I know the products need freezing quickly, but it seems like they may have been shipped moist/old to begin with. Twice, I asked for a replacement order or a refund, but was told no both time, tough luck. Won't be ordering again. Too expensive to risk it.

Anytime I’m in the city. I go out of my way to go to this place. Yesterday I drove 40 minutes from Brooklyn to go there on my way home. I got an everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagels are so so good! Could’ve been toasted more, but still, overjoyed to have a bagel that’s gluten-free that taste like a real bagel!
I also got the strawberry glazed doughnut, and the regular glazed donut. It’s impossible to find good gluten-free donuts that taste like real donuts. These made me so happy!
Love their food! Looks like they’re starting to grow and get a little faster than they can keep up with so some more staff and seating, might help , but other than that no bad feedback at all . And to be fair wet in the morning, which is probably the busiest time so I imagine later on in the day it’s probably a slower pace with plenty of seating.
So I am gluten free and I have been waiting MONTHS to travel here from down south. Once we finally made it into the city, this was our first stop. The shop was cute, small but the atmosphere was chill, and the employees were pretty nice. Obviously not southern hospitality lol but we aren’t in the south. However, the food was SUCH A LET DOWN. Like man. My donuts were sour and dry. My bagel was a heaping pile of grease and everything fell out. Not cohesive at all. My mother luckily enjoyed her bagel so I’m glad she did! The bagel itself tasted nice but everything else was so disappointing. And expensive. Everything in nyc is expensive but ESPECIALLY gluten free. So yeah, maybe I got a bad day or something I don’t know. I wanted to love it here so much. But I have to give my true experience!

This place is AWESOME!! Dream come true for celiac new yorkers. Everything is gf and the bagels are real new York bagels. They have tofu cream cheese available for the dairy free crowd. Pastries are awesome too, it's really incredible that it's gluten free. I come here every time I'm in New York and it's always a highlight
