I enjoyed my rice bowl alot. It was very tasty. The staff was patient with me as it was my first time buying food there. My only criticism is the fact that they didn't tell me the chips and salsa was free when they offered it to me

I called in to see if this place would be open on Saturday and they told me it was open until 12 PM. I showed up around 8:30 PM and it was closed. Complete waste of my time. This place would get negative stars don't bother even coming it also doesn't look very sanitary as well.

This spot is worth a try. They serve big portions for fair rates. Constantly neat and with good atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This is the worst Moe's location I've ever been to. The rice is hard and stale, the vegetables and guac were brown and going bad. The staff is unwelcoming, unfriendly and rude. They didn't give me chips until I had to ask twice even though free chips are part of the Moe's experience

Stale falling apart soft taco shells and stale inedible nacho chips.

This is a pretty unique Moe's compared to the majority of the freestanding ones you find in strip malls and the like. The staff level of friendly here is what you expect from NYC. Their enthusiasm to be working here is virtually nonexistent. I've been coming here for years and never once been greeted with a hello or thank you. The usual employees behind the Counter also routinely exhibit their expert level of not listening to anything you say. "Can I have a chicken burrito?" They they scoop rice onto a tortilla and say what kind of meat? The freshness level here is usually very good though since they're so busy which is why I continue to come here. Just beware of the scams they routinely pull on customers. The biggest one is on the burritos. A homewrecker cost more than a Joey. This is because it has guacamole. If you ask for a burrito and don't specifically say one of the two names They will always write homewrecker on it. Then when it comes time for toppings if you don't want guacamole you still end up paying for a homewrecker which includes guacamole. They tried to scam on me every day I go there and I had to argue with them. But I watch them do it to customers on a regular basis. For a while the big scam they would do is charge extra for sour cream even though I've never seen another Moz do it. When I would get sour cream I would see a charge on my receipt for queso. When I pointed out I didn't get queso they said "that's for sour cream". I asked them where on the menu does it say sour cream cost extra and they replied "it just does".

I simply enjoy their dishes. I always get good service here. The place is well kept and the cashiers are always helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Moe's is a great fast food option. I typically come here when I'm heading to Long Island to attend court and/or meeting and just look for a quick bite on my train ride The staff here is very quick-- they engage in personal conversation, but they keep the line moving, in an efficient manner. Sometimes the food area isn't the neatest, but I understand, they have customers in and out, they are moving at a rapid pace--it's not because they are just a messy/nasty establishment. I always get the Joey Bag O' Donuts, I believe formerly the had the Art Vandelay (Im an avid Seinfeld fan) so that always caught my eye. Anywho, the only other negative would probably be the nachos; they are slightly bland. However, they are free, so not much to complain about somethibg you're not even paying for. I would definitely say this is one of the greater food options in Penn Station; it's worth giving them a shot for a good quick meal, a decent price, and lastly, they move quick--you don want to be stuck on a long and slow moving line--and miss your train!
