Communication is terrible.Ordered mealpal.1. Upon pickup, they told me I had to wait in line with other paying customers. I told them all the other mealpal-enabled restaurants let us scan right away since technically we had already “ordered”. They told me “we dont do that here” nonchalantly. — tbh this is not a big deal, just some involuntary time wasting at best2. Since i ordered reusable with a container, i went back to return the container, only to be told that they dont take the container themselves and I had to go find another mealpal-enabled restaurant to return. This caused me to go back a few blocks just to return the container. 2 consecutive rounds of involuntary time wasting in one single day, terrific. I ask them “why didnt you let me know when I picked it up?”, the response was “we told mealpal but nothing was done.” I guess that least you can do is put up a sign alongside the mealpal QR code.Order at your own risk

Delicious! I really enjoyed my salmon avocado bowl. The fish was cooked perfectly.I would not recommend the salmon for takeout because it was best fresh. The sauce was a little salty but they gave it to me on the side so I could put as little or as much as I wanted.Highly recommended!

Ordered the Salmon bowl and it had such a great variety and combination of flavors. Also ordered the Ginger Plum High Ball and it was very tasty, I usually am not a fan of ginger flavored drinks, but this one is definitely worth it! The service was great too, they were very kind and even offered to bring the food to any table we found. The food court overall had a nice ambience, it reminded me of the Packing District in LA, but cleaner and more modern.

Food was disgusting. Super salty and tastless. We binned 75% of our food and now feel sick.

Ridiculous! For a $17 Bibimbap, they gave you two slices of pork with one is just fat. Don't come.

Crazy yums. I had the buddae jigae and pork buns - seriously really good. Definitely going back here as often as possible for more.

Visited on Saturday. Staff were very helpful with our menu questions. Raman was very flavorful. As well as the Bimibap and dumplings.

Food is extremely salty and awful. Price is too high considering the minimal effort to prepare.

MOKBAR, at THE HUGH. Enter The Hugh ON East 53rd street, between 3rd Ave and Lex Ave, OR, enter ON Lexington Ave by East 53rd Street.Hidden away, in the BACK, near the burger place (good burgers), is the HIDDEN GEM CALLED MOKBAR!! It is a narrow area, so LOOK for the sign and menu MOKBAR. See my photos. If you see PESCE, (white/blue decor) you are steps away from MOKBAR!! It is Behind PESCE. All I can say is, DO NOT GIVE UP, BECAUSE THIS RAMEN AND THE GINGER PLUM ICED TEA WERE FANTASTIC!!!!!I plan to go again tonight, because I need that chicken ramen with the ginger and garlic to kick butt on this annoying respiratory thing that is lingering too long within me. (It's not COVID) So, I'll enjoy that ramen again. So, to continue...I was sitting at a table inside THE HUGH, while my friend was away ordering his dinner. I decided to save time and place my MOKBAR order for a bowl of chicken ramen while I sat at the table. It all went very smoothly and I was easily able to customize my ramen, by adding a soft boiled egg (+$2), and spinach (+$2). Minutes later, my friend returned with his food selection, and I went to find MOKBAR, to be sure all was going fine with my recently placed order. Woah!!! I arrived at MOKBAR, and my order was already packaged magnificently!!! The boiling hot broth was in a separate paper container which was in a sealed plastic bag (GREAT!!). And the rest of my ramen was in the bowl, which had a snug lid... I WAS QUITE IMPRESSED!!! You know, when you are stunned and impressed because your order was ready so quickly, and packaged with great care!!! And THANK YOU TO ALL at MOKBAR--I loved my food and beverage!! And thanks to DANNY and HESOL at the front desk. I appreciate the great customer service!! A friendly greeting with a smile is always nice !! Thank you! I'll see you later LOL...I need another bowl of that great ramen, and my favorite ginger plum ice tea. I am looking forward to this!

Service was amazing. Thank you so much!!!Everything was delicious. The crabby shrimp was fresh and nutritious, classic ramen’s broth was rich and very flavorful, and the pork belly buns were hearty and unctuous. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of their choices.
